The hotel was in a great location. It was in the heart of the city centre. But there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away despite the constant airing of the room and there were a lot of moths in the room.

Very good location, just next to the opera. The room is very nice and well equipped. I definitely recommend this hotel for travelers to Vienna.

It is located right in front of the Vienna State Opera and the Sacher.
It is the perfect location for visiting Vienna's tourist attractions, and I felt like I was living in Vienna. I felt a little privileged to leave the hotel (which felt like home) right in front of the Sacher Cafe, catching people lining up.
If I come to Vienna again, this is a hotel I would definitely choose.
The room I chose did not have a bathtub, only a shower. There was plenty of hot water. There were two types of water, non-gas and gas, and only the number of days of each was provided. There was no additional replenishment.
Shampoo and body soap were also included. If you have any preferences, please buy them at the supermarket or bring your own.

Centrally located and with many amenities, wonderful heating, shower with new shower head, mini kitchen with coffee maker, kettle and mini bar, glasses, cups, cutlery. Great to enjoy in front of the hotel sachet and for an incredibly cheaper price.
